Before any real work can begin, we figure out what we are trying to accomplish.

-other property maintenance companies in Alberta;

-tree service businesses in Alberta;

-landscaping companies in Alberta;

Etc. Etc.

Then we figure out the size those companies need to be,
For example: The other lawn care companies may be doing between 1-2.5 Million in revenue,
The property maintenance companies may need to be doing 2.5-5 Million in revenue,
The service business may need to be doing 5 Million plus in revenue,
Etc. Etc.

Next we build a list of every single one of those companies doing within those revenue targets using professional databases.
Our data generally includes:
The owners name,
Name of business,
Location of business,
Number of employees,
Year of incorporation,
Credit rating,
Phone number,
Mailing Address,
Etc.

Next, we may need to enrich the data to find the owners LinkedIn profile, Email address, Etc.

Then we decide on how we would like to contact the owners.

Typically, Our process is to:
1) Execute a direct mail campaign,
2) Execute a linkedIn InMail/connection campaign,
3) Execute a Cold call bypassing the gatekeeper.

We gather & organize all of the data we collect when speaking to prospects and present that data in a Google Sheet or Microsoft Excel Document to you.
